Dave Sattazahn Founder/President – Dave grew up in the Hershey area and founded Environmental Controls & Service in 1988. After working in the HVAC since 1979, Dave started the company with one technician and has since grown to have a full office support staff and a fleet of service vehicles. He presently serves as President and oversees the daily operation of the company. He resides in the Palmyra area with his wife and two daughters. His personal interests include: whitetail deer hunting, spending time with his family, horse back riding and spending time at his camp in Mifflin County. |

Andy Sattazahn Sales/Service Manager – Andy was a distinguished honor graduate of the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center in the plumbing heating and air conditioning class. He has been in the HVAC trade since 1997 and was employed by EC&S in 2000. His certifications include EPA universal and 410A. He has personally inspected the factory where Trane systems are made to insure their quality. He is well versed in the following areas: Radiant heat, boilers, refrigeration, oil burner training, gas furnaces, heat pump installation and service. |

Jon Sattazahn Office Manager, A/P, A/R, Dispatch – Jon is the newest one to join the family business in 2007. He brings a wide array of talents to the business. He has worked in the business field for 10 years with most of his experience in the accounting side. He has a degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland. He moved back to this area in 2006 and lives in Lebanon. When he is not working he enjoys playing sports, going to the gym, and attending church activities. |

Tom Baker Project Manager – Tom has been part of the EC&S family since 2003. He has been in the HVAC business since 1993. He received his schooling at Dauphin County Technical School. He holds certification in 410A and has training in Reznor units. He is married and has a son and lives in the Colonial Park area. Outside of work he enjoys tropical fish Aquarium, church activities, and helping with his son’s Royal Rangers club. |

Charlie Hose Service Tech – Charlie has been in the HVAC business since 2001. He is a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens college of Technology where he received an award for most technically competent. Charlie is a volunteer fire fighter. He is married and has a daughter that was born in May 2008. He lives in eastern York county. |

Tim Cassel Service Tech – Tim joined the team in 2007. He has been in the HVAC business since 1998. He is a graduate of Lebanon County Career and Technology Center. His home is in the Hershey area. When he is not at work he enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles, Philly's, racing, going bowling, and going to demolition derbies. |

Andy Correll Installer - Andy started working for EC&S in June of 2008. He is a graduate of Allied Career training for plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical. He has a univerasal EPA certification, 410A certification, and NATE certification. In his spare time he enjoys bowling, wrestling, soccer and fixing up cars. Andy and his wife are expecting their first child this year. |

Jordan Bishop Service Tech - Jordan joined the team in July of 2008. He is a Graduate of Lebanon County Career and Technology Center and HVAC learning solutions. He was awarded outstanding achievement in HVAC by APR Supply Co. Jordan enjoys fixing and running RC cars, hunting and camping. Jordan lives in Newmanstown with his wife Sirena. |
